According to the Gladstone Observer ASBESTOS has been found on an LNG construction site on Curtis Island. Bechtel Gladstone general manager Kevin Berg yesterday confirmed traces of asbestos were detected within the bonded building structure of two containerised switch rooms. The affected containers were brought in by foreign contractor Metito.
